If any item is temporarily out of stock, which does not happen often, we will ship your order (minus what is back-ordered) right away. We will
notify you by email and ship the back-ordered item automatically as quickly as possible.
Any "free freight" offer is limited to certain products, quantities, and may have other limits. It always excludes trailers and tanks. Free freight, if
offered, is available for ground shipments only to commercial addresses (a commercial address is one where there is an operating business with
someone capable of receiving goods always there between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday) in the lower 48 states. Free freight offers do not
include express delivery, delivery notification, lift-gate services, residential delivery, or any other additional-charge services. Please note that any
additional services requested will be charged accordingly. There will be an automatic $40 residential delivery fee for all free freight shipments
sent by truck to a residential address (any address identified as such by our shipping software). There is no residential delivery charge if the
shipment goes "Ground" (i.e. FedEx or UPS). We reserve the right to select how we ship any order.
If you do not have a commercial address for receiving your goods, or if you require lift-gate or other services, just let us know when you order by
using the "comments" section of the order form. We will bill you the applicable fees for any extra-charge services and email you when we bill
them to your account. We reserve the right to choose the carrier for which we use to ship your order. Please check your email for tracking
information to determine which carrier was used.
Please note: orders of sufficient size and weight are shipped via truck line. Shipments of this nature require you to be available to receive the
item(s). Any truck shipment to a residential address (as identified by our shipping software) will be subject to a Residential Delivery Fee of $40.
This fee will be charged separately.
If you are getting a shipment via truck line, most drivers expect you to unload the item from the tailgate of the truck. If you do not have forklift
equipment, you would be wise to request lift-gate service. There may be an extra charge for this.

**All international orders are subject to a $40.00 handling fee and are shipped prepaid. Please allow an additional 5 days lead time.
We typically ship your order within 24 hours by the best method available. Typically, orders in by Noon ship that same day. We do
not ship on non-business days. Standard transit times are 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping times are available (to most
locations) for additional fees depending on the shipping weight and time-frame chosen. It is your responsibility to understand
UPS shipping terms, options and meanings. For example, Next Day Air doesn't always mean "the very next day". If you place your
order on Saturday and choose Next Day Air, your order will process Monday and the next business day will be Tuesday. Many
customers assume the order would be received Sunday. If you have questions, please ask us so that we can help you choose the
best delivery option to meet your specific needs.
Please understand that we do not own UPS. We do not operate UPS. We have absolutely NO CONTROL of UPS. We package each order with
the required box size, packing materials and labeling to comply with UPS standards. Should an order be damaged in transit, please notify us
immediately. Do not destroy the packaging and if available, take pictures so that we may file a claim with UPS on your behalf. Replacement
product(s) can not be sent without additional payment. Claims typically take 45 days to process. Once the claim is approved, your account will be
credited for the cost of the replacement product(s).
